TILT RUBBER MIXERS
Moriyama developed tilt dispersion rubber mixers to facilitate the flexible mixing of a wide range of elastomers.  The tilt mechanism enables the rubber mixer to be placed directly on the floor. There is no need for mezzanines or pits, which greatly reduces installation costs and brings about on-going operational benefits. The large chamber opening facilitates the feeding and discharging of materials. With extensive water jackets and advance mixing control system, users can exert a close control over the mixing process. Moriyama remains the global leader for rubber mixers quality and durability while continuing to incrementally develop and improve its mixing rotor technology.
