High Performance (VJ model)
The VJ is Sanyu's high-performance machine range, and it's their flagship vertical rubber injection molding line. The STI-VJ type features a low price point, energy-saving design, low noise output, and increased efficiency. The VJIII generation adds several advanced capabilities:
Available models include the 200VJIII (200 ton clamp, 1600cc injection volume), 250VJ (250 ton clamp, 650×650mm platen), and 400VJ (400 ton clamp, 4000cc injection volume). The VJ series can also be paired with linear pick-and-place automation. |
|
High Efficiency (VC model)
The VC is Sanyu's high-efficiency machine range. It is positioned as the more compact and cost-effective option within the vertical injection lineup. Available models:
The VC shares the same platen size and daylight as the VJIII but uses a smaller 35mm screw (vs. 50mm on the VJIII), suggesting it's tuned for efficiency and lower-volume or simpler part applications rather than maximum throughput. |
|
Large Scale (VS model)
The VS series is Sanyu's large-scale, performance-oriented machine range. It is designed for heavy-duty production requiring larger platens and higher injection volumes. Available models include:
Compared to the VJ 400-ton model (which uses a 50mm screw and runs at 160 cc/s), the VS series uses a larger 60mm screw diameter — indicating it's optimized for higher-volume throughput of larger or more demanding rubber parts, with the 450VS offering the widest platen in the lineup. |

Rotary Rubber Injection Molding MachinesThe rotary (multi-station) injection molding machine utilizes an indexing table with multiple stations that allows loading, curing, and unloading to occur simultaneously, significantly increasing production efficiency and throughput for high-volume applications.
Sanyu has developed various rotary systems with 2, 4, 6, 8, 16 and 32 stations. |
|
Horizontal Rubber Injection Molding Machines
The horizontal injection molding machine features a horizontal clamping configuration that allows for easier integration into automated production lines and is well suited for continuous processing and certain part geometries.
Sanyu offers from 15ton to 150ton clamping pressure. |
|
Silicone Rubber Injection Molding Machines
The silicone injection molding machine is specifically engineered to process silicone materials, including both high-consistency rubber (HCR) and liquid injection molding (LIM), enabling the production of high-performance components for medical, consumer, and high-temperature applications.
