Moriyama

Moriyama developed tilt dispersion rubber mixers to facilitate the flexible mixing of a wide range of elastomers. The tilt mechanism enables the rubber mixer to be placed directly on the floor. There is no need for mezzanines or pits, which greatly reduces installation costs and brings about on-going operational benefits. The large chamber opening facilitates the feeding and discharging of materials. With extensive water jackets and advance mixing control system, users can exert close control over the mixing process. Moriyama remains the global leader rubber mixers for quality and durability while continuing to incrementally develop and improve its mixing rotor technology. 

Moriyama is also a world-class manufacturer of rubber extruders/ preformers for rubber and plastics. Moriyama rubber extruders are capable of creating strips, pellets, tubes, and sheets. Many end-users enjoy the retractable casing and barrel that exposes all of the screw surfaces enabling easy cleaning. Sanyu
Sanyu Industries is a Japan-based manufacturer of rubber injection molding machines, established in 1954. Sanyu USA was established in 1989 to provide service support to Sanyu’s customer base in North America.

Sanyu rubber injection molding machines are critical to a wide range of industries, including medical, automotive, industrial, construction, aerospace, and more. As a leading manufacturer, Sanyu has built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, efficiency, and safety over many years.

The company produces machines with clamp forces ranging from 40 to 2500 tons. In the U.S., Sanyu USA employs 2–3 experienced engineers from Sanyu Industries in addition to local engineers to handle machine maintenance, modifications, and installations for its American customer base.

Sanyu USA will install a Sanyu 1.6-200VJIII rubber injection molding machine at its test center in Maumee, OH! The 200VJIII is capable of molding compounded rubber and silicone into molded parts for industries automotive, industrial, medical, construction, aerospace, and more

Sanyu USA will install a Moriyama 2TR-75 extruder at its test center in Maumee, OH! The 2TR-75 is capable of automatically preforming batches of rubber and silicone into strips, pellets, or tubes in a wide range of widths and thicknesses.
