The Moriyama 2TR extruder is designed to accept mixed batches through the hopper at the taper screw section and work the material to the straight screw section for extrusion through a die to produce performs (strip, sheet, slab, pellets). Twin taper screws lead straight to a single screw to maximize throughput.
