​Rubicon - Medical Silicone Tube Extrusion Line
Rubicon presents their extrusion line for the manufacture of medical grade silicone tubes, especially suitable for the manufacture of catheters, drainage tubes, double lumen tubes, breathing circuit tubes, among others. Click here for further information.

Rubicon - Blank Production Equipment
Rubicon offers a new, automated line for production of unvulcanized rubber blanks (preforms) for use in the precision molding of seals, joints or gaskets. Using laser measurement, the line is capable of accurately measuring and cutting up to 4 parallel cords at high speed. The equipment used consist of the following:
  • ​Cold feed extruder (Model: EEK 45.14 S-12/70),
  • Straight extruder head (Model: G80/45),
  • Feeding system (Model: SEV 60),
  • One axis laser, and a cutting machine with exact regulation of tension and cut.
